In this piece, I express my cultural cosmology by using Native American traditional beading techniques. The image of this piece expresses an old proverb that a flap of a butterfly’s wing can change the world. In other words, everything, including even small powers like a butterfly’s, interacts and relates each other. Everything on the Earth creates this world. I depict that the winds the butterfly causes reach Mt. Fuji, which represents the cosmology of the Japanese.
